Default Best spark plug with AFR heads?

Looking to see what is the best spark plug for an LT1 with AFR heads? I remember seeing a nice spark plug chart write-up but can't find it in any search.

NGK 6097 (BKR7E) for n/a with 12.5 CR.

Compression ratio, fuel type, power adder(if any) determines this.

I'm using NGK TR6's for nitrous gaped @ 45 with MSD box and blaster coil

It's just a heads/cam lt1 n/a. Nothing really too big done to it.
