Doing a good 4" mandrel bend is gonna be hard to find I'd think. You might find someone who says they can, but I'm willing to bet it'll be compression bent unless they serious $$$ in the business. Not many places have that ability except for big name exhaust companies like Magnaflow, Flowmaster, Dynomax and the like....
