Street Racing & Kill Stories - 05 or 06 S281 vs 99 SS

Well i came up on a 05 or 06 Saleen S281 the other day. We were going about 75 mph, and i couldnt get him to slow down. So dumbass me only gears down to 4th instead of 3rd. Well we didnt do 3 honks because i wasnt sure if we wanted to race since he wouldnt slow down. I give me a rev and he kicks it. Well he starts to pull on my very slowy. So we slow back down, and go from about 75 again. This time i only gear down to 3rd again, because for some reason i was thinking it was 2 fast for 3rd and spray him and put about 2 cars on him :)

BTW, are those supercharged?

No they are not all supercharged.Most have the ground effects and suspension only.

There's an S281, S281 Supercharged, and S281E.

this was right after martin market, no no it wasnt the vert. it was a hard top and had center mount exhaust

correct. The s281SC runs mid 12s stock. s281E runs similarly to a C6Z06. I think you tangled with a s2813V(three valve)...basically a GT with a body kit and bigger brakes. Possibly an S281SC.

Well i didnt hear any kind of SC whine, so i guess it was the s2813v. I just got beat because i wasnt in the right gear :bang: Ive beaten a stock 05 3v GT before and pulled kinda hard.
