Ok i just bought my z28, came with borla exhaust, it was quiet, so i wanted to take off the plate. But thing is, those bolts were rusted on, and two of the heads snapped off, and 3rd bolt is still on. Any tips on how to get the two bolts out, and 3rd one off? I was thinking of using an air hammer and pounding it off, would tht work? Any other ideas, thanks

use penetrating oil, dont damage the flange, try vice grips 1st then go from there,
