Default Lightweight valves

I have a GM replacement engine that came from a Z06. Is there any way to tell if the heads have the lightweight valves? I believe the car was originally an '01 and the engine was replaced in about '03. The valve springs are solid blue colored. I hope there is a way to tell without pulling it apart. Pushrod length maybe? Thanks.

I think the solid blue LS6 springs signifies an '04 LS6. Making the big assumption it was a long block replacement, you probably have the LS6 lightweight valves.
