10.96 @ 125.35 New best!... in the middle of May?? YOU BET!! Gotta say big thanks to CARTEK for coming thru with another stellar performer> MY car this time!
I was noticing for a while going to Atco & Englishtown, that CARTEK seems to be putting out some really FAST & excellent performing cars, so I deceided to bite the bullet & go for their track proven 4X heads/cam package.
Track proven it sure is, as my car is running great, & gets faster & more consistent every time out, even in warmer weather!
I knew about CARTEK for years, even had a dyno tune done on my car when I won a Corvette Challenge event way back when...
But what I didn't know was that they are a full IN-HOUSE race/performance & R&D shop...
They actually research, spec, & build every heads & cam package they install. They know what works.
I personally watched as my heads were ported, flowed, & ported again until they met the specs, same goes for the intake, port matched to the heads, I saw the cam get "doctored" to make sure it was of the exact specifications, every lobe etc....
They even flowed & matched the injectors right in front of me!
Anyway, their knowledge & experience is producing some really great ET's on my car, which was a very strong & solid performer before it even got there!
So I just want to give the promised "shout out" to Dave, Julio, Julian, Max, Roy, Rich, & Mike..
This car rocks!
