Default Tune in/around Amarillo, Texas?

Has anyone used tuners here in the Panhandle? I know there's Boost Performance and Dream Chaser's, but I didn't have much luck at Dream Chaser's and my tune is still off on cold starts and sputtering around 40mph, or with very slight throttle. This usually only occurs 5-15 minutes after starting up the car. It hunts for idle/does the sputter thing every time I turn off/start the car. Mods are in sig... If anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
