Default Burnt Spots On Flywheel? Clutch Slipping

When I put my new motor in my car my flywheel had a few burnt spots on it. And I went ahead and put it in. Now I have to replace my bellhousing do to a hole in the side of it. Problem is the clutch slip in 3rd gear and up. If your in 5th or 6th and hit the gas it slips then grabs. Any suggestions?

No fluid leaking right?
Why is there a hole in the side of the bellhousing BTW?
Sounds like you need another clutch, might as well get a better one then the currently installed one. Then get a new flywheel as well IMO.

Hole from debris in the road. Should I the flywheel turned?
