Default 11's for me possibly?

Just popping in to see what yall think about this set-up and if tis capable of 11's WITHOUT NITROUS

1999 Trans Am A4 3.23's
stock shortblock
ARP rod bolts
ARE ported ls1 heads
228R cam
hardened pushrods
918 springs
lifters
double roller timing chain
LS6 oil pump
GC 0w-30
full exhaust, no cats
lid, bellows, P&P TB, LS6 Intake
stock injectors
Tune
3000 stall
trans go stage 2 shift kit
tranny cooler
!emissions
!spare tire, jack & back seats, belts

Please, critique my set up! I can run some drag radials, but I dont wanna blow my 10 bolt sicne I already popped the motor and my funds have run out, so no slicks or anything yet!

With a decent launch, do you think I could run an 11 or a really low 12 consistantly? I refuse to use nitrous, so please, dont tell me "with nos".

If this isnt enough, do you think with some suspension upgrades I could do it? My ultimate goal for this car was a mean street car with all the creature comforts that can remain a DD, and im not gonna go back and change cams etc. etc. I still have to pass NC emissions so I was thinking suspension may help me do really high 11's, and low 12's consistantly.

Well, I got all my parts minus the stall and shift kit for the tranny. as soon as its rebuilt, and I get my ehad gaskets and oil pan gaskets and head bolts I can put it tgoether. I think I can have it all back in during a weekend with some help. but Im still waiting around for the bolts and gaskets and tranny guy to come pick the A4 up.

Want it short and sweet? Some ******* hmm I cant say it since i'll be considerd racist because of the word id LOVE to use... put something in my intake (lid, bellows, manifold, somewhere) aka a bolt during the nite sometime. And when I went to start it up, well we all know bolts cant be compressed now can they?

So BOOM!

Found the bolt not to long ago in the muffler also. I guess it goes to show ya that if you dont have a hood on the car, you better put it inside somewhere.

I'd favor on saying low 12's depending on the tire quality. I would say 11's if you had the drag radials but its better to go safe with the rear end. Hopefully you prove me wrong though. Good luck.
