Generation IV Internal Engine - 5.3 truck motor questions?

I found one of these with 17k miles on it for $1,000.00 with all of the wiring harness.I'm thinking about putting it in a 96 camaro that I bought.I don't know anything about these motors i.e. L?, bore,stroke,how much it can be bored and what parts are interchangeable with the LSX motors.I think that I had read that these heads are a good head to use?Which cam to use?I want to put an M6 behind it if it's not too much of a hassle?Any help would be greatly appreciated.

they are 325ci. as for boring them out. if done correctly youll have an ironblock 5.7. all parts are interchangable. stock they are 285/325 so roughtly what a LT1 has now. they are 9.5:1 SCR
