Default 94k miles, heads/cam, replace lifters?

Throwing in the heads and cam next weekend after I get all my gaskets and everything. So I'm guessing I should change the lifters, or not? What to go with on a budget?

Yes. They quieted down my valvetrain significantly. No more sewing machine!
