my camaro has a problem where maybe once a day ill be drivin down the road and the car shuts off and the gauges go crazy for a few seconds and the car turns back on and also at night my headlights flicker i have no clue what it is my altenator is good and so is my battery and i also checked my fuses please help!!!

have you checked the battery terminals. It appears to be a grounding problem.
