Car swaying SIDE TO SIDE HELP!!!need to fix fast.. So i crashed about a month ago, i slid sideways into a curb, my rear right wheel was dead. It had bronken into a thousand pices. Anyways a changed out the wheel fast and now i car feels like it sways side to side at slow speed and i hear my rotor hiting my pads on a certin point depending on speed and i hear a knocking sound and i feel my break pedel vibrate insync with the sound it makes, Also my E-break dosent go up like it used to, it feels really stiff and i can only get it up about 6inches from the bottom postion.
So i also had the prvious problem of my exhuast hitting my driveshaft at max RPM so i think it hits now even at reguler RPM and now i really dont know whats the deal with my car. What could it be, some tell me i just need to be reajusted and others say i need an alignment. i dont know iam stumped and i leave for the Marine Corps next month and i would really like to sell this car befeor that or at least leave it in good condtion.Thanks

well i pulled out the axleshaft to see if it was bent but it wasent, well looked very very straight to me. Iam gonna try switching the rotors and seeing if i just have a warped rotor.

If it has to do with your ebrake too then it probably isnt the panhard bar but the adjustment for the ebrake is on the bottom of both rear brakes on the inside.. if you bent a rotor before or anything you might have bent the piece the ebrake cable is attached too...

I'd check out the panhard bar and its upper mount for
damage, the upper is just a sheet metal stamping and
a few weld spots and doesn't look like it'd take much
to "set it free". If you can push the car side-side by
more than half an inch on well inflated tires the PHB
and its mounts aren't holding tough. Soft tires though
will let you sway a lot especially if you have a bent
axle etc. to stimulate the action. Check the side
runout on the was-damaged wheel, to see if the axle
got bent.
