misfire at idle on 2 cyl clears up after 3500rpm
I autotapped the car and got everthing else taken care of but the car misfires on two cylinders (forgot which ones) up to 3600 rpms then clears up. I havent really got in to it but my theory is its not ignition due to that it would be there all the time. I'm thinking its either valve timing related or fueling issues. Anyone delt with this problem before? any input appreciated trying to cut some time out on figuring this out.
The car is heavily modded and nothing is stock.

Tim
the misfire counts are at about 8-10 on all cylinders but 2 of them misfire at 40-60 range until about 3500 then they all clear up

dont rule out electrical, I've had a problem with #8 misfiring below 1800 or so, upwards its fine & starts firing. I have reason to believe my problem was with sparkplug.
Reseat the plug wires on both ends as a first step. You can swap coils/wires around to see if problem moves or stays put.

Also make sure there is not a vacuum leak at the intake manifold gaskets. This could cause the problem you are describing. I had this problem on a 5.3 Silverado before.
