Default #6 cylinder ignition problem

ok, when you first crank the car the #6 coil fires then once it runs for about 5 seconds the thing stops firing. its in the wiring since i have switch coils around and it always does it on #6. any ideas as to what can be the cause?

Looks at the harness. See if it's been pinched under the coil rail.

well a little update. switch the wiring harness that is on the valve cover around with the one on the other side and still not getting fire so its not in that. took out the computer and gonna go stick it in my friends 98 TA and see if he looses fire. that will let me know if the computer is still good.
