Southern Members - Spring City ,Tenn

How's the area? Police F-body friendly (no front tags/ORY, etc..) ?

I might move down for 2 years on a job assignment. Bringing the family. Kids are too young for schools (3,2,0), but I want a nice/safe area. Any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful. I would definately be looking for a nice house to rent. I can't believe how cheap housing is compared to up here (north of DC).

springcity is about 45 minutes from chattanooga, tn. so, i dont get up that way much. its a very small town. safe and peaceful ,i would say. no front tags. the nearest dragstrips are crossville, tn(I40 dragway) and the one south of chatt. (brainerd dragstrip). i doubt anyone hangs out in springcity but they probably do in dayton which is only about 5 miles south. theirs a few in the chatt. area aswell as cleveland, tn and knox. tn.

No front tags. I think it would be cool, cost of livingis cheaper.
