Default Can I use NGK55's in a Dart Head?

Just got my dart heads in and wanted to know if NGK55's are OK to use?

Supposedly you can use either tapered or gasket plugs. I went with the gasket plugs. There is a couple of old threads on this if you can find them, where Dart came in with some recommendations. Katech recommended the Denso Iridium's, that's what I went with in the end.

Thanks. I remember a thread a long time ago but search is not working now. I will try later.
