Stripped head bolt.... Need help please...

Default Need help please...

Ok I have a major problem with my car i had to replace the heads and one of the bolt holes in the motor stripped...... I am going to take the head off again and need some advice on what to do I dont want to have to get a new block.... What can I do to get the bolt to seal and hold the head down so it wont leek.... The bolt is located inside the head and is the furtherest back....
