Buying new springs asap. HATE MY EIBACHS **POLL**
alright i have the eibach pro kit, have tried lifting em up but yea, these springs are just awful. now i got a new rearend and a different offset wheel. and of course my tires are getting cut up.
SO.
new springs.
what should i buy? i want the Strano's but i dont wanna wait 2 months to get them, ( maybe ) so what should i buy? how are the BMR's?
i dont want more than 1.25" drop cuz my city sucks for bottoming out. 1" would be ideal.
are the Strano's really worth the wait, ( my city has terrible roads very rough, )
im leaning towards the BMR progressive springs, being they are only a 1" drop and i like the progressive idea for my horrible roads.
the Bmr Spring rate is 310-550 for the front and 145-170 for the rear.
Stranos are 550/150

First get shocks (Koni or revalve bilstiens), then if you still dont like your springs get Strano's springs. I vote for them because the thing that impressed me the most was sam says they are around 35lbs lighter than other springs, and thats A LOT of unsprung weight you save.

I have never run a shock mismatched for a set of springs, because I avoided to try that route altogether. But that's exactly what Sam Strano says you will experience when you put the wrong shocks with a certain set of springs. Hd's are a "decent" shock for stock replacements with stock springs, but I've heard aren't up to par to take care of aftermarket springs.
I'm guessing you will experience the same problem with Strano springs if you kept the HD's. What you need is revalved bilsteins or Koni's. Not the answer you want to hear, but they seem to be the cheapest route to solving your problem
