ok so my car got towed yesterday for being parked illegally so pissed when i had to go get it. well after i got it i was pissed and floored it down a side street and i was at 50 when i hit a speed bump i didint know it was there is was like one if those long ones so bacially i did a dukes of hazard and literlay flew and smacked the ground . i got out looked everything seemed ok i dove about 50 miles and it drove like normal and was going home when i turned the corner and i had the music on and i felt like shaking really bad and like banging. so i pulled over turned the car off the back on and it felt like it was about to stall it was like puttering i checked the fluids and sensors and they all seemed good left it for an hour to cool off. i went back started it the puttering went away and the engine was like click click click click i reved it and the more i reved it the fatser it clicked and there was black smoke comming out of my exhaust WTF HAPPENED?????????????

I would first check the plug wires and coil packs. The jolt may have created a poor connection. There's a lot of electrical connections that could have been jarred loose, including on the transmission. You should have a check engine light soon too.

Look your exhaust system over carefully.
