Default estimated WHP after retuning

I currently have a 98 formula 6 speed that I purchased from Prokill98. The mod list is currently the following.
  • Lowered. Drag setup.
  • 918's
  • 224/228 duration 591 lift cam. I think SRP calls it the 400 cam. They custom grind it.
  • zr-1 wheels with 11's in rear
  • Speed Density Tune by SRP in Blue Ash.
The cat's have also been removed and the car is tuned for it.
I called SRP and Tracey Scott the owner estimated the power at around 370 to 380 at the wheels. I just purchased a full exhaust. Pacesetter Longtubes, 1 3/4" primaries to a 3" collector. 3" Ypipe, and a 3" MagnaFlow Catback. And I'm about to get a lid.

With the the exhaust, lid, and a proper custom tune what type of HP and WHP would you guys estimate the new setup at? and do you think the current estimate is accurate or above or lower.

Yes the intake and exhaust are all still stock except for the fact that the cats are removed.

I would say close to 400RWHP if it's on stock heads.

Yeah it's on stock heads I don't have the money to invest in them right now.
