Default really slow to start

the motor turns over REALLY slowly and will eventually start but only after about 5-10 seconds of cranking. I have a Jegs batterry relocation kit and a kill switch installed. I have good grounds for the battery, sub ground running to the front which is tied to the front of the car in two spots and the motor is grounded in two spots. The battery is a 910 CCA Optima Red top which I had load tested and it's at 100%. Could my starter be the problem? I have 12.59 volts when the car is off and 14 and some change when it's running. Any ideas?

unhook the alternator wire and try it again, the regulator might be getting stuck and causing the problem, this will in turn also mean your alt is dieing (ive exp. this) the regulator will stick causing a closed circuit and short....check loads also
