Default No Vaccume at all!!

I was at the track last night and noticed that after the run i had no vaccume on the vaccume gauge at idle. So i parked the car and hooked a vaccume gauge up and NO VACCUME to hold the by-pass valve open by the s/c head unit. I had followed the small vaccume hose up all the way to the passenger side by the a.c. box and no vaccume there either and i don't see where it goes from there. I don't know where it draws the vaccume from. My question is where does this vaccume come from?

There is a small line on the back of the intake that goes to that check valve, possible it popped off, Its wrapped in the wiring harness so you cant really follow it but it goes right behind the intake by MAP sensor, you can get your hand back there and feel around but its almost impossible to see it.
