Default Cam install easier when adding heads too??

Is it easier to go ahead and put new heads on when doing a cam install? I guess dropping a lifter becomes more of an issue if you aren't putting heads on. I'm planning on putting a set of 243s on so I'll have the $$ soon enough. Should I just wait and get the heads as well?

It's definately easier to do everything at once, because there are some redundant steps. Just wait until you have everything, and save yourself some grief.
