Any disadvantage to running 114lsa cam on M6?

Any disadvantage to running 114lsa cam on M6? I have a descent deal on a cam with the specs I wanted except that it's 114lsa instead of a 112 which I wanted to run on my M6. Would would the downside be to this? This would be on a 422 by the way.

Re: Any disadvantage to running 114lsa cam on M6? absolutley no down side to runnin a 114 as opposed to a 112 lsa cam. The reason people recommend 112lsa for M6's is becaue they usually require a little higher idle speed, and make a little less low end torque, so they dont work as well in an A4 (with out tuning anyhow) but that doenst make 114 a bad choice
