Small Block & Big Block Chevy Specific - 350 crate motor in 82 z28, wiring problem

my interior gauge and console lights dont work, But the rights side turn signal does if that makes any sense. ive checked the fuse box and the all the fuses are fine. This car oringinally had a pcm but when the previous owner put the new 350 carb setup in, he by passed the pcm altogether. Im not even to shure where to start. Im guessing it may be a bad ground, but i have no idea where to look. also the windshield wipers work only sometimes. Any help would be apreciated. :bang:

Pull the cluster and see if you have it plugged in on both sides. My guess would be that the previous owner cut the wiring. Dont be scared, it only goes together one way.
