Default Shaner VS BBK Throttle bodies

Just curious which one is a better choice. I have a 422 with a sheet metal intake that can be port matched to 80mm for the BBK. Any suggestions?

If it had stock cubes, id say go with the shanerr. But since your a supperstroker, go with the BBK 80MM

If it's a sheetmetal intake do the 80mm. The advantage to the ported units like mine is the flow/$ and the fact that it will bolt up to the stock intake. Hey it's only $.

Contact Shaner. He makes larger models for bigger cubes. His larger ones are actually what LG Motorsports is using on all of their big cube engines. Definetly knows what he is doing. I live in the DFW area so went to his house to pick up mine and he actually had a BBK 80mm there that he was porting for use on a stock motor b/c it didn't flow as well as his. Hope that helps you out some.

Brandon.
