Default Looking for stroker builder recommendations

Anyone with stroker purchase experiences good or bad, please post who you went with.

If for political reasons, or for fear of having my thread locked, please PM real bad experiences only and do not post in the thread if it will start a war. I realize there are two sides to every story but this thread isnt going to be the venting ground for bad experiences although I am interested in hearing them. I am more interested in how a company handled a bad experience than hearing about a failure. Mechanical failures happen in life.

I am most interested in a L92 stroker, but build quality comments on any displacement are welcome. This will not be a max effort motor. I want a stock idle and no vibrations, smell, oil issues, or shipping nightmares. It is a street only, low rpm TQ build.....small cam.

Thanks.

Find a used stocker. It doesn't sound like you need a stroker, just a good head/cam combo.

Call LME, Canadian Performance, Erik Koenig, Vengeance Performance, as all of these shops will hook you up big time with your budget with $ to spare and build you a killer LSs series stroker motor making huge power on motor and pump gas and stupid power on SPRAY or other F/I!

You should call Charlie at RPM, come to think of it, why don't you just build your own? You certainly sound knowledgeable on the other board?

Charlie/Andy/A&A built my last forged bottom end for my 2001. It was awesome. I especially love his work on the 6 liter bottom end with etp215's and a baby 228 cam. It made 400rwtq at 3500 rpm and 425 rwtq at 4k!

Thanks for the recommendations, I chose Lingenfelter but didnt buy yet.

Thanks for the kind words about being knowledgeable.
