Default spark knock when hot

My girl friend has a stock 01 z28. Even with 91 octane fuel it spark knocks like a mother. I have had the injectors cleaned and top end cleaned. It is throwing any codes or ses lights. please advise

Do you have access to 93? Has it been hot in your area? A4/M6? At wot and/or PT?

It is a a4. It spark knocks under any kind of accel, light or heavy. I have run 93 in it before and it still spark knocks. I guess i could plug my predator in it and read the tables if i knew what kind of numbers to look for. This might sound crazy but it sounds like it is more present on the drivers side of the motor. when it is cool or there is a alot of moisture in the air it doesnt tend to do so as bad. Thanks

I will try it. I used B&G products on it which have always worked before. I wonder if I could have a injector getting weak?
