98 trans am TCS not turning on

Default 98 trans am TCS not turning on

ok the car came with it. i remember it working when chris owned the car. now that i got everything put back together.(installed a new motor that didnt have 3 holes in it) and i push te button for the tcs to turn on and i get nothing. no light on cluster, no light on the switch. nothing at all. any idea's? somebody said that theres a piece that goes on the throttle body but i dont see it? any info write up's or pics would be greatly apprecated. thanks

this is gonna be stupid sounding, but make sure the fuse didnt pop

well heres the weird thing. engine bay fuse block 2 the one closer to the firewall. it has a tcs fuse port. but only 1 prong in there. there are no cut wires under the fuse block going into the the wire loom. so i can't put a fuse in there. i dunno if i can run a jumper wire or not i put pics up.
