SD tune for a street car......or keep the MAF First off all, does anyone make a 105mm MAF?
I want to use a 105mm TB with the sheet metal intake.
But if a SD tune will work perfectly for a street driven car with no issues I'll just do that and there's nothing more to look into.
If not, I need a 105 MAF.

Not really.... The MAF isn't a proven restriction until the 500+ hp range. Also, without a custom OS you will be limited to the low resolution of the secondary table. If you are just getting started, stick with your MAF.
Buy and use a wideband; don't tune without one

It seems that a SD tune would make more sense in some areas, but in other areas it may be more of a pain in the ***.
In FL where I wnt to school the weather year round only swings in temperature around 30-40 degrees at the most
where as in New England where I am from the temperature swings in temp around 100 degrees and can change in temp from one day to another 20 degrees easily.. I would think this would wreak havoc on a street driven SD tuned car.

Where is this 105 at? Is it for the ls1? All I can seem to find is a 105 for the mustang on accufab's site. I also cannot find the 100mm tb on lingenfelters site. Anyone know if you can port out a fast 90 for one of these things?

Not at all if you know what to do.I've probly got 4-5 2 bar SD cars/trucks out there with 750+rwhp running great.The temp changes do not change the tunes.
