Default QTP Cutout install question

I will be installing an Electric Cutout and wanted to know if I could use the gasket supplied with the cutout of if i should use RTV silicone instead?

If the cutout studs are long enough use the gasket.

Thanks for the help. I used the gasket since the supplied bolts were plenty long. Cutout is leak free and works flawlessly.
