It's your call on the cats. I used to never run cats but cops are catching more and more people and checking for cats. It's too big of a risk for me now.
Also, I think it is pointless to spend the money for Kooks unless you are getting 1 7/8" primaries. The XS stainless headers are just as good quality, if not better, and i think they are $350 shipped right now in the sponsor section.
