cam/intake/head/injector swap missfire

i used hptuners and its reading missfiring on all cylinders then it stops to 0 then it starts up again. pulled all 8 plugs and 7 of them are white and one is black. the black one is missing the most any ideas?

First try new plugs and switch the misfiring plug wire to another cylinder and see if the miss moves. If nothing changes, try swapping that injector with a different cylinder and see if it changes.
