Who should I have tune my 1999 Firehawk?

Michigan, my car has a SLP 402 11/1 comp, thunder racing heads, custom cam and some other stuff. The car is never been tuned right!

Well since nobody can tune your car right, bring it down to FL to get a real tune, people down here know LS1's the best!!!

$650 for HPtuners once, or $500 for a tune every few mods. Pick one.

Does that come with widband o2? How about a dyno to show how much power you make? What about the laptop need to run the software? Don't forget the time and energy trying to figure out the software

Sorry, but I would MUCH rather take my car down to a pro.

Dyno numbers are fine, but nobody races on them.

Some of us like to do it ourselves. The software isn't that hard to work with if you have some patience with it. You aren't going to learn it overnight. And depending on where you are, there are guys that tune cars for sidework I.E. inexpensively. You just need to know where to go.

He's got the info on a couple of good shops in the area. If he decides to buy the software and do it himself, he can find lots of support to do that too. It's his call.
