Ca Hook Up Can some one from San Diego are pm me with help on emissions hook up in the are. I have a buddy whom left Hawaii and is there for C school and cant get base decals with out it. And MAYBE forced to sell the car when he doesnt really want to do to this. He doesnt have the time to put everything back on with him trying to save his marriage that is in the divorce status.
