can someone plz show me or tell me how to get to the knock sensor?

There's 2 of them, both under the intake manifold. Look at the www.ls1howto.com intake swap writeup.

I think it's the one closest to the front of the engine.

do u know if the intake manifold uses gaskets or something when removing it?

There are 8 individual gaskets on the manifold itself, come as a set. Be careful of the oil pressure sensor behind the intake on the driver's side - people break them all the time. Also don't pinch the KS harness anywhere when reinstalling. Just take your time...
