Default clutch sticks

i have an 02 ws6 ta m6 I just had a new t56 installed at the dealer through my warranty company when i get on it and do full throttle in 1st through 4th the clutch wants to stick to the floor and the shifting is delayed i cant slam any of the gears either when i try to shift hard you can here this noise comming from the tranny and it doesnt want to go in to gear, and then when i go from 60 to 90 in 5th at full throttle the clutch wants to stick. The dealer wants to change the clutch master slave and actuator but the warranty company is telling me that if the actuator master and slave were shot it would do it all the time, so they wont even let the dealer change it because it hasn't failed yet....please help

It is most likely the slave cylinder. My car was doing the same thing and I replaced the master cylinder first and it helped a little but the problem didnt go away until the slave was replaced.

drill mod, new slave, new clutch if its a stock clutch . that will fix the issue . those 3 limiting factors will drive you nuts if there not up to par and working correctly . espically if its fine under normal driving but once heat is introduced it gives you trouble.
