Default Question on multiply by a % with edit

Can someone clarify which is what. Say if I wanted to lean my car out by 5% in IFR tables, Would I multiply by 95%?? And if I wanted to richen it by 5% I would multiply by 105%?

You have that backwards,
if you want to go leaner you go 1XX such as if 5% leaner would be 105.
5% richer would be 95.
By making the value smaller that makes if look like a smaller injector, thus PCM would go
with longer pulse width, larger value makes it look bigger injector so smaller pulse width.
