Question What Are The Belts For??????????

I know what the bigger of the two belts is for, but what does the smaller belt on the LS1 run, other than the AC compressor???
Thanks, Loyal LS1Techies>>>>>>>>

The smaller belt only runs the compressor for the A/C.
