Default Not so short stick?

Does anything exist that is the same length of the factory stock shifter stick? I want to replace the shifter handle, but I dont want to get something as short as the short sticks that I have seen out there. Im looking for something at MOST an inch shorter than stock... 1/2 inch shorter or stock height would be preferrable though.

Thanks for the help.

I just really want to get rid of the rubber isolator bushing on the stock shifter stick. I have the Hurst factory shifter, so its already better than the cheapo GM unit. I used to have the SLP shifter with Lou's Short stick on it, it was just TOO short for me. Im more used to the Ripper shifter and love the height of it.

Ditching the sloppy isolator is my main and mostly only concern right now.
