build the 4l A4 God GAve Chevy the LS1 but lol didnt give it a good Friend to hang wit . That Tranny is on borrowed time and is hit or miss i would start with the tranny IMO coming from someone who went through 3 of them! lol and that was at 100 k on my 94 Lt1

+1 on the tranny

Do a search on the mods required to make a 4L60e live at the RPM's a T.V2 can generate. That cam is good to 6400, and shifting at higher rpms will help the recovery in second gear. If you don't upgrade the trans, you'll be on borrowed time extending the shift points any higher than stock. If you don't raise the shift points, you're missing the power peak of your chosen cam.
