Default Broken head bolt, yay! Any ideas?

Short story, torque turn, last pass, slippery concret, 3ft breakover, a slip and a broken head bolt. Anyone had any luck in removing one? I doubt its bottomed out, I think just stretched the bolt and broke it. It broke about 3 threads down from the flat kneck of one of the long bolts. Thats about 3in down in the hole. Id really really rather not have to yank the motor and take to a machine shop. Ive delt with this before, just not 3in down in a hole where I cant get a welder/nut. Any ideas?

I know someone that got a bolt out that bottomed out. He used like a easy out welded to a drill bit or somthing. Drilled into the top of the bolt and was some how able to get it out.
