Default About to Seafoam...wish me luck.

I'm a little nervous, have never done it before. I bought three cans, one for the gas tank, one for the engine and one for the intake. Car has just about 87,000 miles on it.

I only use two cans - one for gas tank, 1/2 for intake and other 1/2 for engine oil. Afterwards 1st time neighbor came over and asked why my car was smoking so bad

Crap...I eneded up using 1 1/2 cans for the intake. Hope that not's a bad thing? I have one can for the gas tank and a little less than half for the oil. You think thats enough for the oil?

I believe so...doesn't seem like it would be beneficial on a low mileage car.

Well, I'm done. Not a lot of smoke came out, but I guess it's clean.

I did mine with 133,XXX miles and not a lick of smoke. I did it twice, once through the PCV hose that goes on the the intake and then at the brake booster hose. I does seem to run better though.

For some reason our cars don't smoke much. I've seafoamed plenty of cars, and most make tons of white smoke out the exhaust, so much that you can't even see behind you. But for some reason LS1's just don't seem to do that.

Then again, I did it when I had cats, so maybe that makes a difference.

Anyone with an ORY seafoamed their car and got smoke to come out??
