Default 6.0 LQ9 short block, pistons and rods?

Hey, I am building a 6.0 LQ9 truck motor with the L92 top end. I want to do .040 over forged flat top pistons with h beam rods. Is there some way to use standard small block pistons and rods for this or do you need dedicated LS1 style parts. If so what pistons and rod length is required. I am trying to keep my rotating assembly as light as possible because I want to go to 7500 rpm. Also if anyone has built a similar motor can you suggest a good off the self cam for this set up? I'm new to LS1s so any other pointers are apriciated. I haven't been able to get the search function to work (I think it times out because I have dial up or something) so I'm sorry for posting if this has been covered before. Thanks in advance.

There isn't enough sleave to bore a 6.0 0.040 over. I'm sure you can use SBC rods, but I'm not sure what piston/rod combo's are available w/ the correct pin height. You are probably better off buying parts designed for a GEN3.
