alternator bolts

alternator bolts what size are they? i just bought a bracket for my new alternator but my stock bolts are to long, what size head are they? 13mm?

the head size is 15mm, but what you need is the thread, if you use a non gm bolt you might have a different head size.
i think its 10x1.5 but do not quote me on that. just take your stock bolts to a hardware store, get something longer, but also get a washer because i doubt they will have bolts that have the flat base under the head like gm bolts do.
