Default need a sort of plastic filler.. pic!

I have my s2000 engine start button in my lower a/c vent. What sort of filler can I use to smooth out the area outlined? I want to smooth it out and paint over it black. Thanks!

Evercoat makes a product called Fibertech. This is what you need as a plastic filler. Local automotive paint stores should have it.
