i tried to get a box in the back of my car but since to privious body work it wouldnt fit so now i got to go with the side box type. i really didnt want to go that route but if i can get convinced i will,does anyone have these?does it even hit hard?thanks

i had one on the pass side of my vert and it hit pretty hard, was a 10", im sure if you went with one on each side you could deafen yourself

I don't know about how everyone else side subs sound but mine hits rediculous hard for only one 10

did have JL w6 10" in the JL stealth box running on the JL 1400e and it was insane but not really enough air space for that sub so never got full potential, got a small rip in the w6 so I replaced it with Kicker 10" CVX steady @ 2 ohms and it hits pretty darn good It'll give ya a headache after a while haha

Depends on the sub... if it works well in the volume available, can handle decent power, and you're pushing it with a larger amp...why wouldn't it?

i was thinking of getting the jl stealth with a w6. so i guess if its as good as a normal box ill get that thanks

gotta be careful with that setup depending how much power you are gonna put to it, it will sound great you just gotta play with all the settings to get it to sound right and not "bottom out" the JL stealth box was for the w3 but a w6 will work (had it in mine) but the w6 likes more airspace then the stealth box has
