Question Can a warped rotor throw a tire out of balance?

I figured since this is kinda a newbie question, I'd throw it into the pot here.

I have had a warped rotor for a bit now, and I was wondering if that might throw off one of my tires balance. After my brakes warm up the vibration in the stearing wheel gets pretty bad. But now when my car is warmed up, maybe after a 1/2 hour of driving, there is a really bad vibration in my car. It shakes the car and me something feirce. If it's not and out of balance tire, what else could it be.

Yelp it can cause a vibration. Get a new rotor if it that bad. Don't fool with having it turned.

the rotor wont throw your wheel out of balance but you may need to balance it anyway.

It could just be your tire is bad and its time has come. A warped rotor is going to cause a shake from the second it starts to roll, not when it gets warm. One thing you can do is go slow and lightly hold the brake, see if you feel it in the steering wheel. But it could still be a bad tire or even an alignment issue.
