Exclamation Best cam to fit my application???

So I had my cam narrowed down and then I got my heads back. Looks like I'll have to go alot smaller than I had planned. The heads are 241's milled .030 with 2.02 and 1.57 valves and the valve drop is .105 and .135 intake/exhaust respectively. I'm looking for opinions on the best cam that will fit for these heads. I'm also open to suggestions! Thanks!
Wouldn't let me post a poll so here goes:

224/228
226/230 F6

John @ futral was pretty sure the f11 wouldn't fit, also I've heard to stay within a 4 degrees split on the duration, is there any reason for this as in the 224/230?
